We therefore advise that you check these pages regularly, as further purchases after such posting or notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

Local Laws
Any use and import of StudioWallcoverings.com products by the purchaser are subject to the purchaser’s own customs, policies, clearance and any fees incurred, and you are bound by the laws and regulations of the country of import. No warranty is given by StudioWallcoverings.com regarding the legality of the products at the location where they are received.

Product Purchase
In order to purchase products from StudioWallcoverings.com, you must be 18 years of age. Please read the following terms and conditions prior to indicating your acceptance and be aware that you are entering into a legally binding agreement. If you agree to the terms laid out in this document, please complete the registration process and order the required products.

Samples
Sample products can be requested and will be sent by post free of charge. Please be aware that actual products may vary in colour from that seen on your monitor, for which reason we prefer customers to request a sample before placing an order, so that we may avoid high numbers of returns and customer dissatisfaction.

Payment
Payment can be made by all major credit and debit cards online. Any sensitive information which is entered into our system via the Internet is fully protected and we aim to provide maximum security at all times.

Delivery
Our standard carriage charge to addresses within the UK mainland is £8.00 including VAT. Please allow four working days for delivery. All products must be paid for prior to delivery. All deliveries are made by courier. Risk shall be transferred on delivery. If you find a fault with any of our products, such as short delivery or damage to goods in transit, you must notify us with full particulars within three working days of receiving the product. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you at the earliest possible opportunity. However, we cannot be held financially responsible for the late delivery of a product or products.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns Policy
Due to the ever changing batch numbers we are unable to offer refunds on over ordered wallpaper and/or changes of mind on the pattern/design you have ordered. If you are just not sure of colour please request a sample from us. We will replace any goods proven to be faulty. Returns must be completed within 7 days of receipt. You should ensure that items are properly packaged and insured against loss and further damage before returning them to us. We require return of all faulty products (including labels) for any faults to be considered. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items. We are unable to refund any postage and handling fees. However, we will cover the cost of postage for any replacement items issued. We cannot accept any responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit

Sale of Goods
All products supplied by StudioWallcoverings.com are believed to be of a suitable quality and specification for which they were intended. All technical information in response to enquiries is given in good faith by StudioWallcoverings.com. Any faults should be reported as soon as possible to StudioWallcoverings.com. However, ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to decide if a product is suitable for your individual situation, including those conditions which are not known by StudioWallcoverings.com. The liability of StudioWallcoverings.com will not exceed the value of the products supplied. Loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.
